Meet Sharlene
Today we’d like you to meet Sharlene. She is the Office Manager here at Stites
Dental Care. She has been with Dr.
Stites now for 14 years. Sharlene brings
over 24 years of dental experience to our practice. She has experience as a Surgical Assistant,
Dental Hygiene Coordinator, Insurance and Financial Manager, and has also
served as a Care Credit Trainer, helping patients get the dental care they need
in an affordable way. This vast
experience from both a clinical as well as a business perspective makes her the
perfect person to manage our busy practice.
Sharlene is often the happy voice you’ll hear when calling
our office. One of the things that
Sharlene says that she likes best about her job is the relationships that she
has with our patients. She loves getting
to know our patients and their families while providing for their dental needs.
Sharlene says that she likes working with Dr. Stites because
he genuinely cares about what he does for his patients, providing excellent
dentistry, and always doing the right thing for his patients. She also likes the fact that Dr. Stites takes
the time to “appreciate” his team members, and has a great sense of humor. Sharlene says that “the staff’s team approach
and willingness to help each other, placing their daily focus on delivering
excellent patient care makes working at Stites Dental Care very rewarding”.
In her free time, Sharlene enjoys spending time with her
family. You can often find Sharlene
spending time with her grandchildren, watching dance, soccer, or baseball games. In the evening you may find Sharlene out
country line dancing or out enjoying a walk with her little Yorkie companion
“Nikki”.
